Please note that individual projects and engagements are strictly governed by their applicable signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.

1. Scope of Services

Elucid Solutions LLC operates strictly as an outsourced AutoCAD production provider. Our fundamental operating principle is that the client provides the technical direction, and Elucid Solutions provides the production capacity. We are responsible for executing the contracted drafting scope according to supplied drawings, redlines, field notes, CAD standards, and project instructions.

2. Technical Direction & Liability

We are not an engineering firm or architectural consultancy. We do not independently originate engineering or architectural design, perform engineering calculations, determine system design, or conduct code analysis.

Your designated personnel must provide all source information and design intent. We do not assume responsibility for the technical adequacy, performance, safety, equipment selection, or underlying design intent represented in the technical information you provide. We execute the documentation; we do not independently determine technical layouts.

3. Field Conditions & Compliance

Our drafting deliverables are prepared in absolute reliance on the accuracy and completeness of the materials you provide. Elucid Solutions does not independently survey, inspect, measure, or verify physical field conditions unless explicitly written into a separate scope of work.

Furthermore, we do not independently evaluate or certify code compliance. You and your designated qualified professionals are solely responsible for ensuring your final systems comply with all applicable codes, standards, and specifications.

4. Final Review and Approval

While we implement supplied markups and execute detailed QA checks for layer standardization and file organization, all deliverables are strictly subject to final review and approval by your designated qualified personnel. Approval must occur prior to your final submission, closeout, or construction reliance.
